The payment schedule processing when bying apartment of Hateco Hoang Mai.

- Part 1: an advance of 30% of the total amount, shall be payable after signing the contract by both parties.

- Part 2: a payment of 15% of the total amount, shall be made when the building finish the 16th floor.

- Part 3: a payment of 15% of the total amount, shall be made when the building finish the 24th floor.

- Part 4: a payment of 10% of the total amount, shall be made when the building is officially topping out.

- Part 5: a payment of 25% of the total amount, shall be made within 7 days from the announcement of hand-over the apartment.
